Can we do our own room setup/reset?

Yes, although each space requires approval.

Do we have to rent tables and chairs?

No. Each rental space includes all available tables and chairs.

Does the 807 Conference Center provide or rent linens?

No. Please use an outside vendor for linens, or purchase them.

May we use an outside caterer?

Yes, though we prefer you get coffee from Jeremiah Joe Coffee, as they are conveniently located in the building.

Can we have alcohol at our event?

No, alcohol is not allowed on the premises.

Do you have audio/video equipment available for use?

A/V equipment is room specific. Please refer to the room details on the Reserve page for further explanation.

Is a projector and screen available for use?

Projection equipment is room specific. Please refer to the room details on the Reserve page for further explanation.

Can I meet with an 807 Conference Center Representative before my event to make sure all details are covered?
